The new DV316L from Mustek is part of a new range and design of cameras from
Mustek. Sleek, smart and very compact the DV316L has a handy hand strap just
like a classic video camera meaning you wont drop the camera when filming or
picture taking. A flip out 1.5 inch TFT LCD screen you can easily see what you
are filing or taking pictures of and quickly review any filming or photos you
have taken.
The DV316L has a 3 mega pixel CMOS sensor and will allow you to take pictures
up to a stunning 5megapixels (interpolated) for crystal clear large pictures
being able to be blown up to pretty much any size you are going to need. On
the video side of things the DV316L holds it's own too filming at up to 640
x 480 at 30 frames per second.
As with most of the Mustek cameras the DV316L is a multifunction device in
that it can be used as a PC web cam, digital camera, stills camera, USB mass
storage device, voice recorder and video player. With the included TV cable
you can just plug in the DV316L to your TV for playback of your movies or photos.
With the included USB cable you can of course download all your content for
upload to your favourite web site or for burning to CD or DVD.
The DV316L takes 3 * AAA batteries (included) to give you several hours of
filming or photo taking.
32MB of storage space is built in to the camera but memory can easily and cheaply
be expanded using SD or MMC cards for up to 2GB storage.
The black DV316L is a cool, compact and trendy little camera that can happily
be used on a day to day basis.
