The new Mustek DP77C 7 inch in car dual screen portable DVD player is a great
solution for long car journeys. The DP77C dual screen DVD also includes a recharegable
battery unlike the cheaper DP77 version. With a sleek looking black main unit
and a matching secondary slave LCD screen this set gives you everything you
need for dual headrest mounted screens in the car. The players can be powered
via either the supplied twin car power adapter or mains... the bonus of this
kit above many in car twin screen kits is that the main player also comes with
a rechargeable battery to clip on the main player to allow you to use it anywhere,
not just when you are in the car.
The main player not only mounts on the headrest flat when folded in to the
headrest mount position but it also has a base that flips down from behind the
player to make the player looks like a standard clam shell player and lets the
player sit on most surfaces - ideal for when you are using the player when out
and about.
With the Mustek DP77C twin kit you do get everything that you are going to
need including the main player; secondary LCD slave screen; carry case to hold
player, screen and accessories; remote control, interconnect cable for the 2
screens; AV cable to allow you to use the main player as a home DVD player when
you have access to a TV; headrest mount straps for in the car; mains power adapter;
in car twin power adapter; rechargeable battery for main player; 2 sets of in
ear-bud style headphones.
On the Mustek DP77C main player there are 2 headphone sockets, Audio / Video
output socket (for when connecting to the secondary screen or a TV), Audio /
Video input socket (so you can connect our game pad to the screen to turn the
player in to a games station) and the power socket. On the secondary screen
is a single headphone socket, Audio / Video input socket (for when connecting
to the main player or again for connecting our game pad to the screen to allow
games to be played) and the power socket.
Not only all of that but the DP77 also supports DivX movies that you have donwloaded
from the internet or converted and MP3 music. Of course your own home made DVD+/-R/RW
DVD movies can also be played too on the player as well as CDs with JPEG pictures
and Kodak CDs.
