3wisemonkeys will close after Fri 21st Dec until Wednesday 2nd January 2008 for annual Christmas holidays.

Delivery of orders placed after 3PM Friday 21.12.2007 and before 3PM Tuesday 1.1.2008 will be affected. Please click here for details.

The 3wisemonkeys office hours are as follows:

Monday -10AM to 5PM
Tuesday -10AM to 5PM
Wednesday -10AM to 5PM
Thursday - 10AM to 5PM
Friday -10AM to 4PM

The phone lines and e-mail will be manned during these hours, however please note we do not have a retail outlet and the office is not open to customers at any time.

WE CLOSE ON WEEKEND DAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS. THERE WILL BE NO COLLECTIONS OR DELIVERIES ON THESE DAYS.

Whilst 3wisemonkeys staff do their best to answer the phones during open hours, due to the volume of calls/workload at certain times you may be put through to voicemail.

If you are put through to voicemail I am afraid we cannot guarantee a return call.
If you drop us an e-mail instead of leaving a voicemail message/to back up any voicemail message then you are likely to receive a speedy response: we prioritise e-mails over phone messages.
