warranty. Many manufacturers have
set up external dedicated service
centres geared exclusively to offering
you guidance and solutions. If you
have purchased a product from us made
by one of the following manufacturers
a part of your purchase price has
gone towards the running costs of
their service centre, so you should
make full use of that expertise if
the need arises! Of course you may
contact us directly about products
made by the following manufacturers,
but it is likely that we will refer
you to the appropriate service centre
in the first instance. Please do let
us know if you are unhappy about the
service you receive from any of the
